Election letter deadline
The deadline for The Herald-Dispatch to receive letters related to the Nov. 6 general election is Monday, Oct. 15.
As with other letters, all must include the writer's name, mailing address and a phone number where the writer may be contacted.
Letters may be no longer than 300 words, but shorter letters have a better chance of being published.
The Herald-Dispatch reserves the right to not publish any political letter.
