BARBOURSVILLE -- The Huntington Mall hasn't been without a few changes in the last year.
As 2008 kicks into full gear, the Huntington Mall is touting six new and four newly remodeled stores. Each opened or reopened in 2007.
New in 2007 were Hollister Co., Panera Bread, Wet Seal, Army and Airforce Career Center, Journeys Kidz and Diva's Handbags.
The newly remodeled stores include Claires, Bath and Body Works, Journeys and Limited, Too.

Across I-64 from the Huntington Mall, West Virginia's first Steak 'n Shake restaurant opened last summer along U.S. 60, east of Mall Road.
In addition, Holiday Inn Express is scheduled to open this spring. The five-story facility, located at 3551 U.S. 60, will have 90,000-square-feet and 135 rooms. It also will feature a pool, Jacuzzi, full-service kitchen, restaurant, lounge and presidential suite.
The new Holiday Inn Express also will offer a 3,120-square-foot convention center, which will seat 200 guests with tables and chairs, and 400 guests with just chairs, said Kim Hayden, a public works official with the Village of Barboursville.
