Short Chiropractic teams up with Golden Girl Group Home during 6th Annual Patient Appreciation Week

May 02, 2008 @ 09:40 AM

Every year, Short Chiropractic takes initiative to show their patients just how much they care by hosting Patient Appreciation Week. This year will be the 9th annual. “This week is designed to educate and say thank you to our patients and to welcome new patients,” explains Dr. Brett Short.

While Short Chiropractic always accepts new patients, this year they have set aside two days during Patient Appreciation Week just to see them! New Patient days are Tuesday, April 29th and Thursday, May 1st. New patients receive a consultation, exam and x-rays in exchange for a $25.00 donation.

“We always try to be involved with the community and this year we have chosen to give all proceeds from Patient Appreciation Week to the Golden Girl Group Home,” explains Dr. Short. The Golden Girl Group Home is a non-profit rehabilitation center for neglected and abused young women located in Ceredo, WV.

The facility is designed to encourage positive change and growth through a series of educational, recreational, treatment and support services in a warm, loving, and therapeutic environment. For more information about Golden Girl Group Home please visit www.gggh.org.

Patient Appreciation Week will end with a cookout that Saturday. This year we are going to cater to the children of our patients at the cookout. There will be inflatables and free spinal and scoliosis screenings that day.

Short Chiropractic is committed to bring you back to health. www.shortchiro.com
