Father witnesses son make 3rd hole-in-one

CHARLESTON -- Zach Miller, 24, recorded his third hole-in-one Friday on No. 18 at Coonskin Golf Course.

Miller's tee shot on the 95-yard, par-3 hole was witnessed by his father, Bill Miller.

Pioneer trio makes first team all-state

HUNTINGTON -- Wayne's first-team selections on the All-Cardinal Conference baseball first team were Zack Cassidy, Mikey Perry and Joey Williamson.

Cody Bowen from the Pioneers made the second team.

Tolsia had Ricky Dean on the first team, Austin Fletcher on the second team and Zach Perry as an honorable mention selection.

Fite knocks them all down again for 300

HUNTINGTON -- Brian Fite bowled a perfect game Thursday night in the Youth-Adult League at Colonial Lanes.

The 300 came in game three and it's the 54th of Fite's career. His partner is Courtney Nolan.
