St. Joe boys fall to Buffalo, 85-58

BUFFALO -- Buffalo, down a point at halftime, outscored Huntington St. Joe, 53-25, in the second half to secure an 85-58 win Saturday night.

Lathen Good pace the Bison with a game-high 27 points. Levi Jordan added 22 and Dylan Rich 14.

Hunter Pratt hit for 16 points to lead the Irish (1-5). Michael Mayes contributed 12 and Anthony Rabel 10.

St. Joe's next game is Friday in the Marietta College Shootout. The Irish meet Federal Hocking.

LINCOLN COUNTY 43, PENDLETON COUNTY 31: The Panthers outscored Pendleton County 14-4 in the fourth period to secure their third straight win.

T.J. Arbaugh and Kenny Holton scored 15 points each to lead Lincoln County (3-3) in the Hoops Classic at the Charleston Civic Center Coliseum. Arbaugh also grabbed 12 rebounds for a double-doubles.

The Panthers return to action Friday in the Ritchie County Holiday Tournament. They will play Buckhannon-Upshur in the opening round.

FRANKLIN COUNTY 56, ASHLAND 53: Dasia Kilbourne scored 16 points to help Franklin County rally to beat the Kittens in the Republic Bank Holiday Classic at Lexington Catholic.

Kaylyn Gambill led Ashland (8-1) with 17 points. This was Ashland's first loss. The Kittens, who led Franklin County 36-24 at halftime, face Christian Academy at 4 p.m. Sunday in their final tournament game.
