Charleston Catholic downs St. Joe boys in Class AA-A soccer

CHARLESTON -- Charleston Catholic ended the Huntington St. Joe boys soccer season Thursday in the Class AA-A, Region IV, Section 2 finals at Schoenbaum Stadium.

Sam Revercomb and Luke Smith had the Charleston Catholic goals. Goalkeeper Mitchell Thorsteinson made two saves.

Charleston Catholic (20-0-2) is the three-time defending state champion.

St. Joe finished with a 10-11-1 record.
