MU's Dyer takes 1st in triple jump at OSU
HUNTINGTON -- Loren Dyer from the Marshall University women's indoor track and field team took first place Friday in the triple jump at the Ohio State Buckeye Classic in Columbus.
Dyer was first with a jump of 11.78 meters.
Catika Slay finished third in the long jump (5.44 meters) and also tied for fourth in the long jump (1.53 meters).
Asia Bange placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.83 seconds.
Shanice Johnson was fourth in the 200-meter dash (25.56 seconds).
