Chuck Landon Grades The Herd
Tulsa 45, Marshall 38
OFFENSE: C - The running game improved, but three turnovers for the second consecutive game is unacceptable.
DEFENSE: D - It knew Tulsa was going to run the ball, but couldn't do anything about it.
SPECIAL TEAMS: D - Yielding a kickoff return for a touchdown is an unpardonable sin.
COACHING: D - An obvious two-point conversion situation shouldn't have required burning a timeout.
OVERALL: D - This game was winnable.
