Herd on TV seven times
HUNTINGTON -- Marshall University will have at least seven of its 12 football games televised in 2013.
Conference USA announced a preliminary TV lineup of more than 50 games to air nationally or regionally, with additional contests to be added.
"We are very pleased to once again have a significant number of our football games on television and distributed to fans throughout the country," said Conference USA Commissioner Britton Banowsky. "As we welcome our new members that join our current outstanding group of schools, we are looking forward to an exciting conference season that our fans will be able to watch throughout the fall."
CBS Sports Network will have the Miami (Ohio), Southern Miss and East Carolina games. Comcast Sports South will carry the UAB game.
Fox Sports Net will have Marshall games against Middle Tennessee State, Tulsa and Florida International.
