Hurricane Little League undefeated

HURRICANE -- Hurricane Little League went undefeated in three games in Area 2, District 3 for the Major Division 11 and 12 year olds All Stars.

On Friday night against Mountaineer Little League, home run hitters were Matt Vance and Nathan Roy; pitchers were Seth Davis opening the game, Andrew Dean, Jordan Nicely, Nathan Roy and Braden Adkins. All pitchers went with in the 20-pitch mandatory limit to be eligible for next day. The final score was Hurricane 12, Mountaineer Little League 5.

On Saturday afternoon, Hurricane took on North Putnam. Hurricane's home run hitters in that game were Bo Adkins with three home runs, including a grand slam; Nathan Roy with two and Jabon Perez with one. The pitching staff was the same as Friday. Final score was Hurricane 19, North Putnam 1.

After a two-hour rain delay on Sunday, Hurricane was finally able to take the field against South Charleston. Hurricane's Matt Hartleben hit a home run, while Seth Davis went five innings with 80 pitches and Braden Adkins finished up the game. Final score was Hurricane 8, South Charleston 3.
