Tommy Shuler

Shuler caught 19 passes for 200 yards, breaking the Marshall record for receptions in a game while also setting the 2012 high mark for catches by a single player in FBS.

Defense

Marques Aiken

Going against a tough offensive line, Aiken finished with eight tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss that resulted in a loss of 14 yards.

Special teams

Jermain Kelson

Kelson blocked a punt in the third quarter that resulted in Derek Mitchell's 35-yard punt block return for a score.
