High school players to participate in games

DELBARTON, W.Va. -- Players from several Tri-State high schools are participants in the Consul Energy WV-Ky All-Star basketball games Saturday at Mingo Central High School.

Girls play at 5:30 p.m. and there will be 3-point shooting and slam dunk contests before the boys game.
