HURRICANE -- Abby Watson scored 14 of her game-high 29 points in the fourth period to help Hurricane rally for a 51-48 victory over South Charleston on Monday night.

The Redskins (2-2) trailed 38-31 entering the fourth period.

Watson converted 6-of-6 free throws in the fourth period, grabbed 10 rebounds and blocked five shots.

Hurricane's Taneisha Sturvivant grabbed a game-high 19 rebounds.

Hurricane's next game is Friday at home against Point Pleasant.

Chesapeake's next action is Wednesday in the Lady Peake Holiday Tournament. Boyd County takes on Lincoln County at 6 p.m. and the Lady Panthers face Wayne at 7:30.
