December 30, 2012 @ 12:00 AM

COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Freshman Charles Mitchell came off the bench and scored a season-high 19 points and Maryland extended its winning streak to 11 games.

Dez Wells and freshman Seth Allen each scored 10 points for the Terrapins (11-1). Mitchell also had 14 rebounds for his third double-double.

Maryland has not lost since falling to then-No. 1 Kentucky 72-69 in the season opener. The current winning streak is Maryland's longest in 10 years.
