HUNTINGTON -- Frank Cavalier from Huntington had a perfect 10-0 ballot and the closest score on the tie-breaker game to win this week in the Football Pick-Em Contest of The Herald-Dispatch.

Cavalier's prediction on the WVU at South Florida game was 47 points. The Bulls beat the Mountaineers, 30-19.

Four other contestants with 10-0 ballots were Lois Gallagher from Franklin Furnace, Ohio; Tony Edmunds of Huntington; David Murphy of Lesage; and Kenny Waller from Chesapeake, Ohio.

There were 108 entries and 19 people went 9-1. Of those 19, 16 picked WVU to win.
