Jordan scores 25 to lead Panthers past Portsmouth

CHESAPEAKE -- Jordan Porter scored 25 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to lead Chesapeake past Portsmouth, 62-45, in girls action Monday night.

Sydnee Hall added 12 points and Kaylee Curry grabbed 11 rebounds for the Panthers (3-0).

Peighton Williams paced Portsmouth with 13 points.

Chesapeake's next game is Thursday at Fairland.

Ashley Frasure tallied 16 points as Logan beat Point Pleasant, 76-11.

Rachel Johnson finished with 10 points to help South Gallia edge Symmes Valley, 46-44.
