304 Boxing's Bartrum wins bout in Columbus

HUNTINGTON -- 304 Boxing Academy members dominated the Pilgers Old Skool boxing show Saturday night in Columbus.

Zack "The Cobra" Bartrum got on his opponent from Cleveland at the outset and won the three-rounder by decision.

Payton Childers and Shaden White are in Mobile, Ala., for the 42nd Junior Olympic National Championships. Registration is Tuesday and boxing starts Wednesday and continues through Saturday at the Mobile Arthur R. Outlaw Convention Center.

The tournament features the top 15- and 16-year-old athletes in the United States.

On July 29, several 304 members will head to Kansas City for the World Ringside Tournament.
