Prep Notebook: HPrep trio lead state in W.Va.-Ky. all-star game

Top seniors from West Virginia and Kentucky will clash Friday in the third annual Consol Energy All-Star Basketball Game at Mingo Central High School. The girls will play at 6 p.m. and the boys at 8:15 p.m. In between will be a dunk contest and 3-point shootout.
