Here's a video of the song "Live Again," a tribute to Newtown, Conn., written by Tri-State native Marti Dodson, who fronts the nationally traveling country act Union Rose. Dodson, a Franklin Furnace, Ohio, native who lives in Columbus, burned up the charts in years past with two certified gold singles, "Girl Next Door" and "Supergirl." She has seen her empowering grrlpower tunes be used as theme music for TV personality/chef Rachael Ray, NASCAR and Indy race car driver Danica Patrick and Olympic Gold Medalist Nastia Liukin.
