Tooth Fairy to visit Boyd County library
ASHLAND -- Tinkerbell and the Fairy Godmother get a lot of attention, but what about the Tooth Fairy?
In honor of National Tooth Fairy Day on Thursday, Feb. 28, Boyd County Public Library has invited that friendly fairy for a visit. She'll be at the Main Branch, 1740 Central Ave., at 4:30 p.m.
Children will receive a gift from the Tooth Fairy and will be registered to win a copy of one of two books. Library staff will also talk about tooth-pulling traditions from around the world.
The Tooth Fairy would love to hear all her visitors' tooth-pulling stories, so kids should come prepared to tell her about a recent baby tooth loss.
