Cabell County Grand Jury indictments

The recent Cabell County Grand Jury has returned the following indictments. The charges were unsealed Friday afternoon. An indictment is merely a formal accusation of guilt, and accused defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

  • Gary Carroll (Apt. B, 101 Dingess Court, Barboursville): two counts grand larceny, one count transferring stolen property and obtaining money, goods or services, by false pretenses
  • Erin M. Chinn (4517 Auburn Road, Huntington): one count worker's compensation fraud
  • Danielle Clark (Apt. 447, 1415 4th Avenue, Huntington): two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy
  • Dustin Kyle Clark (524 1/2 8th Avenue, Huntington): one count first degree robbery, escape from home incarceration and petit larceny
  • Larry Darnell Coleman (1702 Doulton Avenue, Huntington): two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy
  • Troy Matthew Cooper (925 6th Avenue, Huntington): one count possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy
  • Michael Ray Copley ( 906 W. 9th Street, Huntington): one count first degree robbery
  • Terry James Samuel Cox (1014 20th Street, Huntington) one count possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver

  • Matthew Scott Curtis (524 1/2 8th Avenue, Huntington): one count first degree robbery

  • Steven Joseph Fravel (6689 Mud River Road, Barboursville): one count third offense driving under the influence of alcohol and third offense driving on a suspended or revoked license because of a dui conviction
  • David Issac Frazier (815 14th Street West, Huntington): one count possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and burglary
  • Christopher Scott Frye (48 Township Rd. 1220, South Point): one count embezzlement

  • Stephen P. Hartwell (Western Regional Jail, #1 O'hanlon Place, Barboursville): one count failure to register as a sexual offender
  • William Daniel Hedrick (273 Illinois Street, Huntington): one count of burglary, grand larceny, receiving stolen property, two counts of fleeing from an officer while in a vehicle, one count fleeing from an officer while not in a vehicle, obstructing an officer, assault on a police officer and driving on a suspended or revoked license because of a dui conviction
  • Drian Dean Henderson (1574 Hal Greer Blvd, Huntington): one count first degree robbery
  • Jason Neal Henderson (1574 Hal Greer Blvd, Huntington): one count first degree robbery
  • Charles Robert Howard (1737 Monroe Avenue, Huntington): one count arson first degree, tow counts attempted first degree murder
  • Jeremy David Howard (1101 26th Street, Huntington) one count burglary, carrying a concealed weapon without a license, burglary and grand larceny
  • Robert Brandon Hysell (2016 Mona Court, Milton): one count attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine
  • Michael James Jeffers Jr. (1046 Raccoon Creek Road, Branchland): one count third offense driving under the influence of alcohol and second offense driving on a suspended or revoke license because of a dui conviction
  • Paul E. King (2010 6th Avenue, Huntington): one count malicious wounding
  • Clint Edward Klodowski (Apt 1, 2430 Prichard Road, Ona): one count attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine
  • Charles Anthony Langhorn (624 10th Street, Huntington): one count failure to register as a sexual offender
  • Russell Lee Legg (1703 Price Lane, Huntington): two counts third degree sexual assault and two counts abuse of an incapacitated adult. The case was dismissed in July 2008, according to the Cabell County Prosecutor's Office. The charges were expunged from Legg's record in Cabell Circuit Court on Sept. 30, 2008, according to the Prosecutor's Office.

  • Sandina Dawn Martin (504 Chesapeake Street, Huntington): four counts uttering and one count conspiracy
  • Eric Lee Mason (1441 28th Street, Huntington): six counts breaking and entering, two counts grand larceny, five counts petit larceny, one count forgery and one count uttering
  • Shawn Allen Mason (1441 28th Street, Huntington): one count breaking and entering, grand larceny and uttering
  • James Jason Maxfield (1112 Oakland Hills Terrace, Hot Springs, Ariz.): one count transferring stolen property into state, fleeing from an officer while in a vehicle, fleeing from an officer while not in vehicle and battery on a police officer
  • Phillip R. McCallister (Box 22a, Frontage Road, Glenwood): two counts second degree sexual assault and one count sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian
  • William G. McClanahan (648 31st Street, Huntington): one count receiving stolen property and destruction of property
  • Carrie Ann Meadows (7041 County Road 108, Town Creek, Ala.): one count grand larceny
  • Ronell Meyers (Huntington): one count murder and malicious wounding
  • Brian Edwin Midkiff (2 1/2 Washington Avenue, Huntington): one count manufacturing marijuana
  • Lewis Albert Motley (512 Marcum Terrace, Huntington): one count malicious wounding
  • Shane Daniel Neal (1235 25th Street, Huntington): one count fleeing from an officer while driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing from an officer while not in vehicle, fleeing from an officer while in a vehicle, driving on a suspended or revoked license because of a dui conviction, receiving stolen property, receiving or transferring stolen property and attempt to commit a felony
  • Jason Lee Nikolov (Apt. 10c, 1705 Clements Dr., Ashland, Ky.): one count first degree robbery
  • Paul Randall Nix (2137 Pleasant Valley Road, Huntington): one count breaking and entering and grand larceny
