Summer Motion
Jul. 05, 2013 @ 11:42 PM

ASHLAND -- There was no stopping Summer Motion on Friday night in Ashland, where rock band Styx took to the Ashland Riverport Stage during the fourth day of the annual festival.

And the fun won't be slowing down for the weekend.

At 8 a.m. Saturday, July 6, the festival starts back up bright and early with the Summer Motion 10K race, which starts between 17th and 18th Streets on Central Avenue.

That event will be followed by activities throughout the day including HeartChase Ashland, Chef Challenge in the Park, New Ohio Championship Wrestling, an Arts and Crafts Show, and a cornhole tournament.

The day's events will be capped off by performances from JB and the Boys and headliner Landau Murphy Jr.
