Jury finds man guilty of molesting relatives
CHARLESTON (AP) — A Kanawha County jury has found a man guilty of molesting two underage female relatives.
Sixty-one-year-old Darrell Eugene Smith had been accused of groping the two girls during separate sleepovers at his home.
Smith testified that he never had inappropriate contact with either girl.
The allegations came to light in November 2005, when the younger girl told a counselor at her school. The other girl then came forward and told her mother Smith had also molested her.
