REV. HAROLD CATHEY, 82, of Ashland, husband of Beverly Martin Cathey, died May 30. He was a pastor in Tennessee, Illinois and Kentucky. CARL NICHOLS JR., 93, of Chesapeake, Ohio, formerly of Huntington, died May 23 at home. He was a former officer with the Huntington Police Department.
