FREDERICK BERNARD BOWLES, 83, of Annapolis, Md., formerly Huntington, widower of Andres Lynn Bowles, died Oct. 14. He retired from the Coast Guard as Chief Petty Officer, and worked for David Taylor Research Center. There will be a memorial service, 2 p.m., Oct. 19, John M. Taylor Funeral Home, Annapolis; burial will be Oct. 22 in the Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, Md.
