KRISTY NICOLE TACKETT 35, Milford Ohio formerly of Canada, Ky., daughter of Marilyn Tackett of Grayson, Ky., died May 14 at home. There will be a visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, Ohio, followed by a memorial service.
