HUNTINGTON — One person was injured in a stabbing Friday afternoon in the 2500 block of Marcum Terrace in Huntington.

Police say the stabbing happened during an altercation between two individuals.

The suspect, Thomas Anderson, 54, stabbed the victim, Donald Accord, 50, twice, resulting in what appears to be non-life-threatening injuries, according to Police Chief Hank Dial.

The victim was transported to the hospital.

The suspect was located a few blocks from the crime scene and has been arrested.
