BARBOURSVILLE – Three people have been jailed on felony charges since Wednesday afternoon, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Micah Billups, 20, was jailed at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with first-degree robbery. Bond was $50,000 cash-only.

Robert Leon Minued, 47, was jailed at 12:30 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with grand larceny. Bond was not set.

Joshua Dale Smith, 34, was jailed at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.
