FAYE LORAINE WEBB BLANKENSHIP, 81, of Ironton, wife of David M. Blankenship, died Feb. 21 in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. ARNOLD DALLAS FILLINGER, 79, of Dingess, W.Va., husband of Jerena Fillinger, died Feb. 21 in Logan (W.Va.) Regional Medical Center. He was a retired coal miner and diesel mechanic. Funeral service will be noon Saturday, Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Chapmanville, W.Va.; burial in Fillinger Cemetery, Harts, W.Va.
