PHILIP C. BARNETTE, 67, of South Point, Ohio, husband of Carolyn Bryant Barnette, died Sept. 18. He retired from Labors Local #83 in Portsmouth, Ohio. A private family memorial service will be held. PAUL FRANKLIN BYROM, 74, of Proctorville, Ohio, husband of Judy Byrom, died Sept. 16, in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. FONDA G. HESSON, 37, of Catlettesburg, Ky., daughter of Bonnie and Mike Blair, died Sept. 12. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Sept. 20, Catlettsburg Cemetery.
