ASHLAND - Community Hospice will host a Social Work Continuing Education program on Thursday, March 28, at its office located at 1480 Carter Ave. in Ashland, Kentucky.

The program is presented by the University of Kentucky College of Social Work. A full description of the courses, cost and online registration are available at http://ceu.uky.edu and will offer a half-day (3 CEs) or full day (6 CEs) option.

Topics are Pause before Posting: Social Media and Social Work Ethics, Social Work Ethics for Licensure Renewal, and Suicide Assessment, Treatment and Management.

This workshop is approved for continuing education by the ASWB, Kentucky Board of Social Work, the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology, the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board, Kentucky Board of Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
