GUYANDOTTE — Summer activities have kicked off at the Guyandotte Public Library located at 203 Richmond Street. 

Upcoming activities include: 

Friday, June 14, the Dr. Des-coveries Wild Animal Show starting at 4 p.m. and lasting until 5 p.m. The show allows children and adults to learn about animals and conversation. 

Then Wednesday, June 19, the library hosts a themed story hour focused on space and science starting at 10:30 a.m. This is followed by a Martian Munchies craft featuring Debbie Hon from Aetna Better Health of West Virginia. Hon will read and make a treat for children of all ages to enjoy.
