HUNTINGTON — The Cabell County Association of Retired School Employees (CCARSE) held a reception for this year's retiring Cabell County school employees on the evening of Tuesday, May 21, at the Cabell School's Central Office.

Retirees were treated to a light buffet and a small gift recognizing their service to the children of the district. The terms of service ranged from 18 to 43years.

CCARSE is made up of retire Cabell County teachers, administrators, secretaries, bus driver, cooks and custodians.

"We wanted to recognize our fellow employees who have given so much to our children. They will be missed," said Linda Fornash, CCARES incoming president.
