HUNTINGTON -- The Unitarian Fellowship of Huntington will host its inaugural Community Days celebration from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, at 611 6th Ave. in Huntington.

The event is designed to celebrate the diversity within the community, increase the visibility of local nonprofits, and showcase the talents and wares of many community members.

Demonstrations, performances and activities will include blacksmithing, fire-spinning, spray-painting, face-painting, hooping, yoga, world dance, drumming and crafts. Local vendors will offer homemade candles, crafts, soaps, scents and yard sale items.

"Community Days is an event where we celebrate the diverse talents of our local artisans," Unitarian Fellowship of Huntington President Linda Greer said in a news release. "It's a chance to clean the closet and contribute to a good cause."
