HUNTINGTON - As students finish up their capstone projects, big final papers and prepare for exams during "dead week," Marshall University's College Activities Board is helping students unwind with a week of activities.

Kicking off Monday, Stress Relief Week is filled with crafts, giveaways and ways to get students' endorphins flowing as they tackle the most stressful time in college - the end.

Tuesday featured aqua massages in the Memorial Student Center, DIY stress balls in Drinko Library, a Frisbee giveaway, yard games and yoga flow at the Rec Center.

Wednesday will have free massages in the student center and DIY stress balls in the wellness center. From 1 to 3 p.m. there will be drop-in yoga and a trail mix bar in the Rec Center, along with adult coloring and mindfulness at the psychology clinic. At 6:30 p.m. in the Don Morris Room, students will be able to create their own bath bomb.

Thursday will be free lunch in the student center lobby, and free massages will return Friday in Drinko, along with an end raffle and scavenger hunt.
