HUNTINGTON - As the 10th anniversary of the premiere of "We Are Marshall" approaches, Marshall University is working to preserve its history through a special showing of the film at the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center on Friday.

The night will begin with a 5:30 p.m. reception, which will precede the screening of the movie at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 a person, and all proceeds are dedicated to student scholarships. Thousands of dollars have already been raised, including donations from several sponsors, said Matt Hayes, executive director of alumni relations at Marshall.
