HUNTINGTON - Marshall University officially brought the Memorial Fountain back to life Saturday during the annual spring fountain ceremony on campus.

Ceremoniously turning the fountain back on for another spring after being shut off during the plane crash memorial service on Nov. 14, the spring fountain ceremony solemnly began the university's activities leading up to the annual Green and White spring football game later in the afternoon.

Former Herd player Bob Dardinger delivered the keynote address. The fountain will remain on until it is shut off again on Nov. 14 during the 2016 plane crash memorial ceremony.
