HUNTINGTON- The following information was provided by criminal complaints from Cabell County Magistrate Court:

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: A 37-year-old Huntington man was arrested with approximately 150 Roxycodone pills Monday following DEA investigation in Huntington's Fairfield neighborhood.

Lurduae R. Appling was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, according to criminal complaints from Cabell County Magistrate Court.

Agents determined Appling had previously sold pills from an apartment in the 1500 block of Boulevard Avenue, the arresting officer said in the complaint. As Appling drove up to the residence while under surveillance Monday, West Virginia State Police assisted in securing his arrest.

Appling was allegedly found with around 150 30mg Roxycodone pills, a narcotic painkiller, which he told officers he planned to deliver for $3,700, according to the complaint.

Appling was incarcerated in Western Regional Jail on a $125,000 cash-only bond as of Tuesday evening.

The Huntington Police Department listed 14 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Tuesday, according to a printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details.

Domestic battery, 11:33 p.m. Monday, 200 block of 37th Street.

Battery, 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, West 9th Street/Washington Avenue.

Warrant service, 12:52 a.m. Tuesday, 1700 block of 10th Avenue.

Stolen auto, 9:50 p.m. Monday, 700 block of Gill Street.

Petit larceny, 5 p.m. Monday, first block of Willow Glen Drive.

Petit larceny, 3 p.m. Monday, 2100 block of 7th Avenue.

Possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, 3:20 p.m. Monday, 800 block of 8th Street.

Possession of a controlled substance, 4:15 a.m. Monday, 2nd Street/Altizer Avenue.

Possession of a controlled substance, driving under suspension for DUI, expired registration, 1:27 a.m. Monday, 8th Street/Madison Avenue.

Public urination, 12:44 a.m. Monday, 900 block of Washington Avenue.

The following information was provided by booking records at the Western Regional Jail:

James Doyle Rowe, 27, was jailed at 4:10 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with burglary. Bond was $40,000.
