HUNTINGTON — One of the two men charged with murder in the fatal shooting of 41-year-old Jermaine M. Johnson was extradited to Cabell County on Wednesday.

U.S. Marshals Service Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team arrested Rafael C. Solomon Jr., 24, on May 8 in Detroit, Huntington Police said.
