SOUTH POINT, Ohio — A project is underway to make improvements to the roundabout connecting U.S. 52 and Solida Road.

The work, which began Nov. 10, is being done to allow larger trucks to exit the industrial park. The village of South Point has received $300,000 for the project, which is estimated to be complete by February 2022.

At least one 12-foot lane will be maintained throughout construction, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation District 9.
