HUNTINGTON - When she got pulled over with less than a gram of marijuana in her purse over a year ago, Krissa Kazee was being home-schooled, but she was behind and was using the drug to cope with anxiety.
The simple possession charge placed her on probation, but when she refused to stop smoking, she landed in Cabell County Juvenile Drug Court.
