BARBOURSVILLE — Two people were jailed on felony charges Friday, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Jason Dale Newcomb, 38, was jailed at 1:30 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.

Amanda Deanna Bessing, 31, was jailed at 11:10 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was not set.
