THOMAS ALLEN STAFFORD, 85, of Ashland, widower of Virginia Lee Price and Leatrice Stafford, died Oct. 14 in Ashland Hospice Care Center. He was a Union Ironworker. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Oct. 16, Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel; burial in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour before service.
