EUGENE EDWARD HUGHES, 80, of Haverhill, Ohio, husband of Mavis Cade Hughes, died Aug. 2 in SOMC Hospice, Portsmouth, Ohio. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Aug. 9 at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, Ironton. Burial will follow in Haverhill (Ohio) Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours before service at the funeral home.
