HUNTINGTON, Ohio -- Addi Dillow scored 28 points, grabbed five rebounds and handed out three assists Tuesday night to lead Coal Grove to a 60-46 victory over Huntington-Ross.

The Hornets, who received 16 points and five assists from Abby Hicks, outscored the Huntsmen 23-11 in the fourth quarter.

Allison Basye led Huntington with 22 points and eight rebounds.

SOUTH GALLIA 50, SYMMES VALLEY 40: Amaya Howell scored 18 points to lead the Rebels over the Vikings.

Jessie Rutt scored 10 points for South Gallia (2-0), which entertains River Valley at 6 p.m. Saturday. Rachael Hayes scored 19 points for Symmes Valley (0-1).

PORTSMOUTH 44, SCIOTOVILLE EAST 22: Hannah Hughes scored 32 points to help the Trojans (2-0) defeat the visiting Tartans (0-2). 

Felicia Smith led East with eight points.

Both teams return to action on Monday -- Portsmouth at South Point, East at home vs. Ironton St. Joe.

RIVER VALLEY 56, GALLIA ACADEMY 32: The Raiders (2-0) took advantage of 27 turnovers by the Blue Angels (0-1) to win in Bidwell, Ohio.

Hannah Jacks led River valley with 17 points, nine rebounds, seven steals and two blocked shots. Sierra Somerville scored 14 points. Maddy Petro paced Gallia Academy with 23 points.
