The 2019 Bettinardi Classic is scheduled for July 20-21 at Sugarwood Golf Club in Lavalette, West Virginia.
The golf tournament will be 36-hole stroke play format, played over two days, with competition being flighted after the first round.
The championship flight will have lots on the line, including points to the top five finishers toward the West Virginia Golf Association's Player of the Year standings.
Entry fee is $150 and includes carts. There will also be a skins game and skill prizes.
Huntington Tennis Association free beginners instruction clinics in conjunction with the Greater Huntington Park and Recreation District are scheduled from June 17 to Aug. 5 at the Ritter Park Tennis Center.
The one-hour clinics for beginning players from age 5 to 12 begin at 9 and 10 a.m. and there will be two sessions each week. All equipment is provided.
