ROME TOWNSHIP, Ohio - The Fairland basketball Academy camp has been one of the more well-attended instructional events in the Tri-State the last 11 years and 2019 is no different.

Last week, 84 girls in grades one through seven learned the ins and outs of basketball at Fairland High School under the supervision of Dragons girls coach Jon Buchanan and some of Fairland's current and former players, several of whom play college basketball.

"We strive to make our girls basketball camp the best in the whole area and I feel we do that year in and year out," Buchanan said. "It's kind of crazy we've been doing this for so long, but I think we've built a great camp."
